Whether it's a simple weekly walk through or a complete personnel staffing, EPIC will provide you with the service you deserve. 

Prices range from $200.00/month to a custom designed package based on requested services.

*Prepare Household for Owners Return
*Create/Maintain Service Contractor Relationships
*Design/Implement Home Service System
*Create Household Management Book for Owner
*Maintain Household Inventories
*Processing monthly household bills (additional fee may apply)
*Airport drop-off & pickup (additional fee may apply)
*Car Wash/Maintenance (additional fee may apply)
*Handyman Maintenance/Service (billed at additional fee)
*Housekeeping Service (billed at an additional fee)
